Your car must be easily accessible in terms of level, roadway, authorized parking space, and compliance with the highway code to allow our repair vehicle to intervene safely and legally. Additionally, your car must be parked in a private space, as we do not repair windshields on public roads to avoid endangering our teams and other drivers.

Your car should also be parked in a covered area to protect it from rain and flying objects. It's important to have constant brightness during recalibration of your driver assistance devices after windshield repair.
